Using the Dashboard

Your central hub for managing workflows, subscriptions, and settings.

Overview

The Hydra Dashboard is your home base for:

  • Viewing and managing your workflows
  • Tracking subscriptions to community workflows
  • Accessing settings and account configuration
  • Monitoring usage and activity

Access the dashboard after signing in by clicking Dashboard in the navigation.

My Workflows Tab

The My Workflows tab shows all workflows you own or have forked.

Workflow Cards

Each workflow card displays:

ElementDescription
NameWorkflow title
IntentBrief description of what it does
StatusDraft, Published, or Private
StatsForks, subscribers (if published)
Last ModifiedWhen you last edited it

Actions

Click on a workflow card to access:

  • Edit - Open in the Visual Builder
  • Duplicate - Create a copy
  • Delete - Remove permanently
  • Publish/Unpublish - Toggle marketplace visibility

Filtering and Sorting

Use the toolbar to organize your workflows:

  • Search - Find by name or intent
  • Filter by status - All, Published, Private, Draft
  • Sort by - Recent, Name, Forks

Creating New Workflows

  1. Click "New Workflow" button
  2. Choose:
    • Start from scratch - Empty canvas
    • Use a template - Pre-built starting point
    • Import - Paste an existing manifest

My Subscriptions Tab

The My Subscriptions tab shows workflows you've subscribed to from the marketplace.

Why Subscribe?

Subscribing (vs forking) means:

  • Automatic updates - Get improvements from the author
  • No maintenance - Author handles updates
  • Version pinning - Lock to a specific version if needed

Subscription Cards

Each subscription shows:

ElementDescription
Workflow NameOriginal workflow title
AuthorWho created it
VersionCurrently subscribed version
Update StatusUp-to-date or update available

Managing Subscriptions

Click on a subscription to:

  • View workflow - See the original in marketplace
  • Pin version - Lock to current version
  • Update - Get latest version (if available)
  • Unsubscribe - Remove from your subscriptions

Unsubscribing doesn't delete any workflows you've forked. It only stops update notifications.

Version Pinning

By default, subscriptions auto-update. To pin a specific version:

  1. Click on the subscription
  2. Select "Pin Version"
  3. Choose the version to pin
  4. Click "Save"

Pinned subscriptions show a lock icon.

  • This month's forks - How many times your workflows were forked

Tips for Organization

Use Clear Names

Name workflows descriptively:

  • Bad: "Test", "Workflow 1"

Archive Unused Workflows

If you have many old workflows:

  1. Select the workflows
  2. Click "Archive"
  3. They move to the Archive section

Archived workflows are hidden by default but not deleted.

Group by Category

When publishing, set meaningful categories:

  • Development
  • Testing
  • DevOps
  • Documentation

This helps others discover your workflows too.

Mobile Access

The dashboard is fully responsive. On mobile:

  • Swipe workflow cards for quick actions
  • Tap the menu icon for navigation
  • Pull down to refresh
💡

For the best editing experience, use a desktop browser. Mobile is great for monitoring and quick actions.
